Position Summary: The Associate Consultant plays a supporting role for the investment consultants who directly service Altair Adviser’s clients. He or she will assist in the preparation and analysis of various schedules used when developing investment policy recommendations for current and prospective clients. He or she will assist in the implementation and review of asset allocations of client portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings with clients and prospective clients
- Review monthly and quarterly investment performance reports, input data into cash flow planning software, prepare investment reallocation plans
- Participate and take notes during meetings with client services team members and clients
- Communicate with third party client advisers to obtain or provide information as required
- Execute trading and other client transactions as directed by the consultant team
- Prepare and analyze reports for investment performance tracking, retirement planning, charitable gifting and tax related information
- Participate in research projects, money manager calls and meetings with custodial banks as required
- Begin to establish a professional network that will eventually result in business development opportunities
- All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other business related field is required
- Highly proactive, must have a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to pursue CFP™ and CFA designations

Salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, relevant licenses or certifications, and industry expertise.
