We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner who will deliver high-quality cleaning services to our clients. Your role is essential in making a positive impact on our clients' spaces, creating a clean and sanitized environment that enhances their well-being and productivity.

Responsibilities 

Cleaning Services Execution: 

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks at client sites, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing, in accordance with company standards and client requirements. 
• Use the appropriate cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals to ensure efficient and effective cleaning outcomes. 
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while executing cleaning tasks to achieve impeccable cleanliness and presentation of client spaces. 

Quality Control: 

• Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided to ensure they meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
• Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to maintain high service quality. 

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction: 

• Interact professionally and courteously with clients, understanding their specific cleaning needs and preferences. 
• Seek feedback from clients and proactively address any concerns, ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services. 

Health and Safety Compliance: 

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols during cleaning tasks to create a safe environment for both clients and fellow team members. 
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or hazards. 

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Must have driver's license
• Previous housekeeping, commercial cleaning, custodian, janitorial, or environmental service technician experience preferred but not required
