Job Description Summary:

Within our North America Operating Unit, the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team plays a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and enabling customer success. We are seeking a Director, Trade Strategy and Execution to lead the development and deployment of trade strategies for our Juice and Warehouse Route-to-Market businesses.
This position is integral to translating brand and commercial priorities into actionable trade strategies, ensuring compliance with policy guardrails, and optimizing trade investments across a complex retail environment. The role requires strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams. What You’ll Do for Us
Develop and Deploy Trade Strategy:
Design headquarter-driven trade frameworks that convert brand priorities and OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) strategies into actionable plans.
Establish trade guardrails and ensure coherency in execution across channels, balancing consistency, efficiency, and compliance with market realities.
Partner closely with Field Pricing Execution to validate plans, maintain forecast accuracy, and track performance results.
Align Annual Business Planning:
Lead trade-related components of Annual Business Planning for Juice and Warehouse RTM categories.
Deliver funding targets and volume forecasts to enable revenue, profit, and category share growth.
Support category AMPS (Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Shelf) planning and ensure integration of trade activities into joint customer programs.
Performance Management & Governance:
Oversee monthly reviews of trade investments and volume performance using tools such as Transformer/TPM and Power BI.
Drive continuous improvement in trade efficiency, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions across channels.
Manage in-year adjustments to meet financial commitments and communicate changes across key internal stakeholders.
Optimization of Trade Investments:
Analyze ROI of trade programs and provide guidance to maximize profitability while supporting in-market execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert for trade strategy within assigned brands and categories; lead engagement with Sales and Finance for rapid issue resolution.
Training & Communication:
Lead training programs for customer teams and internal stakeholders on trade policies, compliance, and system tools.
Promote adoption of advanced analytics and technology capabilities for improved trade planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in trade strategy, Revenue Growth Management, FP&A, or customer management within CPG or beverage industry.
Familiarity with trade optimization systems (Transformer/TPM, CAS) and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Matrix.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with expertise in trade program design, pricing architecture, and forecast modeling.
High proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI and a strong aptitude for integrating large data sets into business-ready insights.
Skilled collaborator with experience influencing cross-functional and system stakeholders in matrix environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex trade scenarios, drive compliance, and optimize customer profitability.
Strong communication skills to convey recommendations effectively across sales, finance, and leadership teams.
Agile and organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
