Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model.   Why is this Role Essential? Concerto is seeking a Facility & Water Specialist who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens, whether at established units or related to new den startups and/or closures. Facility & Water Specialists are the subject matter experts on the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and the primary contact for coordinating machines and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level.       What Will You Do?   Clinical Support & Training  Provide guidance to staff on water treatment and hemodialysis equipment operation and principles.        2.  Equipment Maintenance & Repairs  Maintain, repair, and oversee all water treatment and medical equipment, ensuring proper documentation and disinfection.        3. Testing & Compliance  Calibrate and document testing equipment, collect water samples for analysis, and report any non-compliance with standards.         4. Facility & Unit Management  Support new dialysis unit setups and closures, including site assessments, construction monitoring, and IT setup.         5. Facility Maintenance & Safety  Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. QualificationsYou Might Be a Good Fit If You are…   A Critical Thinker and Problem-Solver  An Individual who Thrives in a Team Environment   An Individual with Excellent Communication Skills   Purpose-driven  What’s Required?   High School Diploma or equivalent    Preferred experience in dialysis biomedical/technical field    Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, as significant travel via car between units is required.   Physical Requirements & Work Environment   This role involves prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong focus and attention to detail are essential.
