Job Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you will rotate across each of our HR functions (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Inclusion, and HR Services), and learn how each area contributes to the employee experience and business success. Within each rotation, you will gain hands-on experience and an inside look at each team’s work through meetings, current initiatives, and opportunities to shadow colleagues in a variety of HR roles.
Throughout the internship, you will build your network across the organization, connect with senior leaders, strengthen your professional skills, and showcase your ideas through a capstone project presented to Company leadership.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to projects within each function of the HR team.
Design and develop HR materials and resources, including quick reference guides, presentations, training, and tracking spreadsheets.
Turn information into insights by analyzing data, monitoring initiatives, and communicating progress and findings to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement innovative ideas to streamline HR processes.
Maintain HR SharePoint pages utilized by employees for self-service resources and up-to-date information.
Respond to assigned inquiries regarding HR policies, resources, and other HR-related matters.
Coordinate meetings and trainings, and other HR activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in College or University (undergrad degree by December 2027 - May 2028 preferred) working towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience building and maintaining complex spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis using functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and pivot tables.
Experience with PowerPoint and Word, including building presentations and creating professional memos, templates and other business materials.
Compensation:
Salary type: Non-ExemptÂ
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Hourly Compensation: $22.50
