Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000.
- Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases.

About the Role
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
- Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Required credentials to practice physical therapy.
- Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
- Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.
