Overview
The Senior Director, Product Marketing – MarTech will shape and lead the go-to-market strategy for Epsilon’s marketing technology suite, including clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms, while coaching a team of product marketers. Partnering daily with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership across both Epsilon and Publicis Groupe, you will synthesize complex technical capabilities into compelling, buyer-centric narratives that drive revenue and differentiate our offerings in the market.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you will lead the messaging and positioning for innovative MarTech solutions at the intersection of data, privacy, and digital marketing innovation. As Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will directly drive business growth across Epsilon and the broader Publicis Groupe network by establishing differentiated value propositions for key enterprise buyers. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring, developing, and empowering a high-performing team of product marketers to achieve continuous professional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Development: Refine your executive leadership skills by leading cross-functional GTM strategies across a global, matrixed organization.
- Expanded Industry Expertise: Deepen your market impact and expertise across advanced MarTech areas, including data clean rooms, unified identity, and modern customer data platforms.
- Enterprise Influence: Elevate your strategic advisory presence through key partnerships with Demand Generation, PR, Content Marketing, and Analyst Relations.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring With You:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the MarTech space.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team of marketers.
- Solid technical grounding in MarTech solutions (clean rooms, CDPs, loyalty, and email platforms) with the ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to leadership, cross-functional partners, and global collaborators.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (CoPilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams).
- Demonstrated success in creating messaging, positioning, product launches, and full-funnel sales collateral (case studies, white papers, narratives, blogs, and videos).

- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing GTM plans within a global, matrixed organization or parent agency network like Publicis Groupe.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: USD $132,800.00 - USD $246,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
