Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $36,100 - $45,100. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining inventory count accuracy and item records for all parts and materials being stored.
- Locating items using inventory records.
- Updating item location and other inventory information.
- Assist with performing physical inventory count.
- Supporting computer-based data entry/record maintenance.
- Maintain 5S (Sort, Simplify, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) standards.
- Follow Standard Work Documents.Â
What you’ll Need To Succeed:
- Computer and data entry skills. Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
- Mathematical, mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience with shipping/receiving or related experience. Fundamental computer skills, Microsoft Excel and Word.

- High school diploma
