Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers who take pride in caring for others. Ideal candidates are honest, dependable, and truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of older adults. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment — all while working under nurse-led oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.)
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
- Follow client care plans and uphold agency policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, or related field preferred)
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Compassionate, honest, and dependable personality
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
