JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

  • Conduct drivetrain/powertrain validation and testing activities.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
  • Analyze test data and investigate performance issues.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams.
  • Document test results and provide technical recommendations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute drivetrain/powertrain validation tests.
  • Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.
  • Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Develop test procedures and reports.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Support product development and continuous improvement efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of product validation, testing, or engineering experience.
  • Experience with drivetrain/powertrain systems preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
