Full-Time Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant

Our offices in Chula Vista, CA are searching for an enthusiastic and professional Dental Assistant (DA) / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team!
**For this position, time will be split between our two sister offices which are less than a mile down the road from each other.**

Hourly Rate $25 - 28/hr

Full-time ~ 32 - 40hrs/week

As an RDA with us, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role that combines hands-on patient care with opportunities to expand your expertise. Whether assisting chairside during crown preps, capturing crystal-clear digital X-rays, or contributing to front desk operations, your work will make a real impact.

For this position we prefer at least 2-year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with crown prep
• Ability to take clean digital X-rays
• RDA License and CPR certification are required
• Knowledge of Eaglesfoft Required

Duties include:

• Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Perform all RDA functions.
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Ensures adherence to infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and other state/clinic policies.
• Ordering supplies and managing supply inventory
• Willingness to help in both front and back offices
• Experience with iTero and Perio protect trays is a plus
