Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues in a calm and efficient manner. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
