Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our company’s internal and external communications. This position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating public relations efforts, and supporting marketing campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute content for various channels including newsletters, press releases, social media, and the company website.
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to develop cohesive messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communications effectiveness.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
