Manage all aspects related to Kroger Health payor credentialing. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

- Act as primary point of contact and manage all responsibilities for credentialing activities
- Coordinate the credentialing/recredentialing process, including initializing the process, monitoring, follow-up on required documents, regular reporting of status of initial credentialing/recredentialing
- Manage processes to track payor communications, application requests, credentialing/recredentialing procedures, attestations, or other credentialing related tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure credentialing requests and rosters are kept up to date and sent to payors at correct frequency
- Assist with special projects at the direction of the manager
- Travel to attend conferences and government/medical board hearings to keep the company abreast of the latest mandated requirements as well as occasional work with a lobbyist
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum
- 3+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or experience working in a healthcare-related job
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as participate on group projects
- Ability to organize and prioritize work based on changing and challenging deadlines
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills with close attention to detail
