The HRIS Analyst is responsible for daily production support, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. The analyst works closely with HR and business users to define system functionality, workflows, data and reporting requirements, develops system specifications and documents business processes and procedures, analyzes and resolves system issues, tests system enhancements and updates, and coordinates system releases and implementations. The analyst also supports data integrity, reporting, system configuration, and ongoing process improvements to ensure HR systems effectively meet organizational and business needs.
