The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our health centers and administrative facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building issues, coordinate repairs, and support day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs involving building systems, fixtures, and equipment. Support preventive maintenance programs to help ensure safe and efficient operations. Respond to maintenance requests and facility work orders. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Assist with furniture moves, facility setups, and supply management. Maintain maintenance records and report facility concerns. Support emergency facility response efforts when needed. QualificationsYou're the Right Fit If You... Have maintenance, facilities, property management, or related experience. Enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems independently. Have working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Communicate effectively and work well with others. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hold a valid driver's license and can travel between locations as needed. Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace practices. Bonus Points If You... Have experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site environments. Have worked with vendors, contractors, or service providers. Have experience with preventive maintenance programs and facility inspections. Have OSHA or other facilities-related certifications. What to Expect: Work Environment Work in both indoor and outdoor settings. Regular standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting. Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Exposure to cleaning products, maintenance materials, and healthcare facility environments. Occasional flexibility in schedule to address facility needs.
