Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Deburring Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing, deburring, cleaning, and assembling parts made on CNC machinery. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Use a wide variety of finishing tools such as scrapers and files, electric and pneumatic tools such as right-angle grinders, sanders, die grinding tools and deburring tumblers.
  • Use of optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification.
  • Ensure that finished parts are handled carefully as to remove sharp edges and burrs, but not cause damage to critical dimensions, features, and finished surfaces.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a production environment preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be ablet o handle delicate parts without causing damage.
