Auto Mechanic – Fleet Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair our company's non-CDL fleet, including pickup trucks, vans, and light-duty service vehicles supporting crews out of our Citra yard. Diesel Mechanic cross-training will be available for interested candidates looking to expand into heavy-duty and equipment repair.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain company pickup trucks, vans, and light-duty service vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, belts, and fluid services
• Maintain accurate service and repair records for the fleet
• Order parts and manage inventory for the auto shop
• Coordinate with supervisors and dispatch on vehicle downtime and repair priorities
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic (dealership, fleet, or independent shop background)
• ASE certification a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and manage a shop workload
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
