Required Teller Skills and Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations.
• Confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills, including ability to learn and navigate banking software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Previous cash handling, retail, customer service, or teller experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: This job involves lifting and carrying coin boxes weighing up to 15 pounds, and standing much of the day. Additionally, ability to travel to customer sites, off-site meetings/events, all bank offices, and other business-related functions is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Work Environment: The position operates in a professional office environment and requires the regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, copiers, etc. Additionally, this position will require the use of various banking equipment such as multi-function printers, teller scanners, currency counters, coin machines, check encoders, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), and alarm systems.
