Here are some skills we are looking for in our Maintenance Technicians-

• General computer knowledge
• Customer service experience
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair. (Preferred but not required)
• Groundskeeping and multifamily/ apartment maintenance experience. (Preferred but not required)
