About This Role:
The Clinical Supervisor is a working clinical leader responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and staff performance across designated Evara Health centers. Providing on-site leadership for clinical support team members, this role ensures efficient clinic flow, high-quality patient care, and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control practices. This individual serves as a bridge between clinical support teams and operational leadership, playing a critical role in training, mentoring, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Â
- Clinical Oversight & Operational Support:Â Supervises daily clinical support operations by managing staff assignments, clinic readiness, supplies, patient flow, rooming and pre-visit preparation, provider support, EHR patient messaging, follow-up and rescheduling of no-show patients, and ensuring clinical spaces meet organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness- including providing in-person or virtual support during assigned on-call weekends.Â
- Staff Leadership, Coaching & Evaluation:Â Provides day-to-day leadership and performance oversight of clinical support staff through coaching, 1:1 meetings, quality observations, performance evaluations, participation in recruitment and selection, coordination of new-hire and ongoing role-specific training, documentation of coaching and performance concerns, support of disciplinary actions in accordance with Evara Health policy, and leadership of weekly quality huddles focused on clinical best practices and patient safety.Â
- Inventory & Medication Oversight:Â Oversees clinical supply and medication inventory processes by monitoring stock levels, assigning and reviewing weekly inventory checks, submitting supply reports, supporting timely reordering, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure accurate medication inventory, documentation, reconciliation with EHR records, and timely resolution and reporting of discrepancies.Â
- Quality & Safety:Â Ensures adherence to clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards by monitoring completion of EHR documentation, standing orders, and established protocols; reinforcing infection control and safe clinical practices; promptly reporting safety concerns and incidents; and maintaining compliance with Evara Health policies and procedures, HIPAA, HRSA, state and federal regulations, and applicable accreditation requirements.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.
- Completion of one of the following clinical education or training programs is required, including but now limited to:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Medical Assistant Program
- Paramedic Program
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
- Prior experience in a team lead, preceptor, CHW or supervisory role preferred.
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health environment preferred.
Licenses, Certification, or Registration:Â
- Active and unrestricted licensure or certification is required in a clinical discipline consistent with the required education, including but not limited to:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Medical Assistant
- Paramedic
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- BLS Certification required
