At Cloudland Dental in Cleveland, we are a fast-paced, pediatric dental office offering general dental care, including some endodontic care for our patients ages 2-20. Our goal is to provide a good experience while visiting the dentist in order to establish a lifetime desire to seek dental care. We are seeking reliable Team Members with a positive attitude and a heart for children.

$28/hr + Signing Bonus

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Assist doctors, which includes, but is not limited to, charting, placement of fillings, operatory set/clean up and patient education.
• Perform expanded functions duties following TN regulations and compliance.
• Assist in clinical procedures and treatment such as: placing composite fillings, adaptation of temporary crowns, placing sealants, prophylaxis and topical fluoride treatments. 
• Record/review patient health history, make chart entries under the doctor's direction
• Completion of forms/signatures in dental software
• Enter/update patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating doctor

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification
• CPR Certification Required
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring
• Radiology Certification (TN)
• Coronal Polishing and Sealant Certifications Preferred
• Experience with general dentistry practices
• Proficient in chairside assisting and pediatric dental terminology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
