We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team at our Mayfield Heights office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, with a focus on our Emerging Markets (EM) and Project Management (PM) divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cost accounting activities, including analyzing cost variances and preparing reports to support decision-making.

  • Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Participate in tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and deadlines.

  • Contribute to treasury functions, including cash management and liquidity analysis.

  • Collaborate with the internal audit team to assess financial controls and compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights into business performance.

  • Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
