• Location/Work Type: On-site (Statesville Blvd, Cleveland, NC 27013)

• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift)

• Requirements: Lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, handle confined spaces/hot environments with provided PPE, complete safety training

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Cleaner (also performing duties as a Facility Cleaner and Custodian), you play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean workplace:

• Deep clean paint booth stations, ceilings, stairs, and concrete using approved products and supplies.

• Lift metal flooring grates for project work and operate equipment like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers.

• Execute filter replacements and perform detailed Facility Cleaner tasks in confined spaces.

• Report any equipment issues to supervisors and participate in ongoing safety training.

What You Bring To The Team

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a stellar attendance record.

• Comfort working in hot or dirty conditions using required safety PPE.

• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to pass required safety training (Ladder Safety, Confined Space, Lock Out/Tag Out).
