The Work, Explained

As Production Staff, you'll help keep our production lines moving so customer orders are assembled, packed, and ready to ship-accurately and on time. You'll rotate through line tasks including hand assembly, packing/packaging, basic machine operation, and material handling based on daily needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assemble and package product to customer specifications
- Inspect finished goods and document/flag quality issues
- Move raw materials and completed product using pallet/hand jacks (and other equipment as trained)
- Keep work areas clean and maintained per GMP standards
- Follow all safety rules and speak up if something looks unsafe
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, leads, and teammates; support temporary staff as needed

What you'll need:
- Prior production experience; HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail, dependable pace, and basic computer/communication skills

If you like hands-on work and a team that values doing things the right way, apply today.

Your Shift Snapshot

Your day starts Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, clocking in and checking the plan for what's running. You'll get set up with the right materials, keep an eye on how smoothly things are flowing, and do quick checks along the way so everything heads out looking sharp. Expect a steady rhythm-some time at a workstation, some time staging boxes or organizing product for shipment, and a few moments to tidy and reset between runs. You'll touch base with your lead when priorities change, lend a hand where the line needs it most, and wrap up by making sure the area is clean, safe, and ready for the next day.
