Starting pay rate $30.12/hr (non-negotiable)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean and supply restrooms
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Steam clean or shampoo carpets
- Strip, seal, finish and polish floors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access
- Ability to transit to work location (Walk, Stairs, Ladders, Use Elevator, etc.)
- Manually carry, lift or handle material <= 20 lbs. and occasionally handle material > 20 lbs.
- Body positioning (Stand, Sit, Bend, Squat, Crawl, Kneel, Reach over Shoulder Height)
- Ability to work different shifts
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Heavy equipment operation experience, including backhoe, front-end loader.
