Duties and Responsibilities Plan and manage facility-related projects, including infrastructure, renovations, relocations, occupancy, workplace modernization, and closeout. Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action logs, budgets, estimates, and project documentation. Coordinate scientific, administrative, facilities, architecture/engineering, IT, vendor, and other stakeholders; facilitate and document meetings. Monitor project status, resources, risks, issues, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance; recommend mitigation and corrective action. Provide technical support for laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, office, and other mission-critical environments while maintaining operational continuity. Prepare status reports, risk registers, change records, technical analyses, executive briefings, presentations, data-call responses, and closeout reports. Support CAD drawings, space planning studies, relocation plans, customer engagement, and decision-support products as assigned. Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, professional, current, and compliant with Government requirements and applicable federal facility practices. Develop, interpret, modify, and maintain CAD/Revit floor plans, space allocations, equipment layouts, and as-built records. Coordinate portfolio surveys, validate field conditions, and reconcile drawings and facility data with ARCHIBUS. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an accepted combination of directly relevant education and experience consistent with the contractual labor category. Minimum 11-13 years of related experience supporting a variety of projects, appropriate to the assigned PM level. Experience with facility infrastructure and building systems and with laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, administrative, or comparable environments. Demonstrated project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, customer-service, written communication, and executive-presentation skills. Ability to obtain and maintain required Government credentials and facility access.   Preferred Qualifications 20 or more years of direct NIH facility-planning and project-management experience. Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ARCHIBUS, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Tableau, and Microsoft Project.
