We believe we achieve more when we work together!

Grounded in the values of courage, excellence, integrity, humility, collaboration, and innovation, IP delivers right-sized solutions, from strategic planning and grantmaking to family engagement and transition support, with a practical, client-centered approach.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Operations & HR serves as the central hub for Intentional Philanthropy's day-to-day internal operations and HR administration. This hands-on role ensures that employee, resource, workplace, and organization-wide operational needs are addressed accurately, responsively, and consistently.

The Senior Manager independently manages recurring processes and operational projects, improves workflows and documentation, coordinates internal and external partners, and follows work through completion. The position serves as employees' primary contact for routine HR and operational needs and completes the related administrative work, seeking guidance when specialized expertise or additional authority is required.

This is an ideal opportunity for a resourceful, highly organized professional who enjoys solving practical problems, supporting colleagues, learning new systems, and managing varied work with sound judgment and dependable follow-through.

This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role based in the DMV region, combining remote work with periodic in-office collaboration at IP's Bethesda, Maryland office. Employees should be able to commute to the office as needed and maintain a reliable remote workspace. Occasional travel, evening, or weekend work may be required for meetings and organizational events.
