We’re growing and looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator to join our private practice in Collegeville!

This is more than a front desk role. You are the heartbeat of the patient experience. As the first and last point of contact, you’ll play a key role in building trust, guiding patients through their care, and helping them confidently move forward with treatment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from check-in to check-out
  • Coordinating and optimizing the schedule to support both patient flow and production goals
  • Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their financial options
  • Managing payments and ensuring a seamless administrative experience
  • Collaborating closely with a supportive, team-oriented clinical and administrative team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence in discussing treatment and finances with patients
  • Familiarity with dental procedures and insurance workflows
  • Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional presence
  • Someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely cares about patient experience
  • Dental experience is not required
