Responsibilities:Â
Plans, coordinates, and synchronizes sensitive activities in support of campaign objectives, commander's intent, and operational or strategic guidanceÂ
Develops sensitive activity concepts of operation, annexes, and planning products; includes concepts integrating Irregular Warfare, OIE, Counterintelligence, HUMINT, Special Reconnaissance (SR), compartmented planning/capabilities (ACCM, SAP, STO), and other specialized activities or operationsÂ
Facilitates senior-level meetings, briefings, planning sessions, and operational working groups to enable decision-making and mission integration
Ensure adherence to information protection, compartmentation, access control, and security requirements throughout planning and execution
Develop and assess measures of performance and effectiveness to evaluate sensitive activity outcomes and inform strategic decision-makingÂ
Coordinates with Intelligence Community, DoD, interagency, allied, partner and industry, stakeholders to ensure de-confliction, unity of effort, oversight compliance, and capability alignment
Produces quality briefs, recommendations, and documentation supporting sensitive activities governance, oversight, and executionÂ
Performs network or nodal analysis leveraging diverse intelligence, information and data sources to inform operational targeting and mission planningÂ
Qualifications:Â
Required:Â
Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility; must also be able and willing to obtain polygraphÂ
Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Military Science or another relevant field of study
5+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and synchronizing sensitive activities, IW, OIE, CI, HUMINT, and/or compartmented military or IC activities (e.g. IJISTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.)
3 years of experience working in a J3X, J2X, STO/SAP planning cell, Joint Targeting cell or similar organization Â
7+ years of demonstrated experience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planningÂ
Demonstrated experience briefing or delivering written operational concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers  Â
Desired:Â
Already active TS/SCI with polygraph
Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms and relevant Intelligence Community Directives
Experience or knowledge of HUMINT and CI Operations and application and associated authoritiesÂ
7 years’ experience coordinating compartmented or sensitive operational activity with the IC, Interagency, Allies and/or PartnersÂ
Graduate of one or more of the following: STO Planner's Course, Advanced Special Operations Managers Course, MILDEC Planner's Course, PSYOP Qualification Course, Source Operations Course (HUMINT), Special Operations Forces Network Development Course, a US Government Counterintelligence Badge and Credential producing courseÂ

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
