Sous Chef Lead - No Late Nights, No Weekends

Creative Dining Services at Wings (formerly ENT) Credit Union is looking for a Lead Sous Chef.

This position provides culinary leadership and training alongside the Executive Chef and leads the current sous chef team to ensure that day-to-day operations are in full compliance of all aspects of culinary standards and procurement procedures. The Lead Sous will be charged with the development and implementation of innovative, sustainable food and wellness culinary solutions to drive client and customer satisfaction, cook engagement and financial health of month-to-month operations, under the leadership of the Executive Chef.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm. May shift as business needs vary.

Education - Skills - Expectations

• Culinary Arts Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
• 3-5 years management/supervisory experience 
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
