RBM Management is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who is looking to grow their career in property management while working alongside an experienced team in a thriving apartment community.
What You'll Do
- Tour apartment homes and showcase the community to prospective residents
- Build relationships with prospects and residents through exceptional customer service
- Assist with application processing and leasing administration
- Prepare move-in documentation and ensure a seamless resident experience
- Support day-to-day community operations
- Assist with resident retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure Fair Housing guidelines are followed in all aspects of the leasing process
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment industry or leasing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Weekend availability required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws or the ability to learn and apply them quickly
- Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or leasing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
