Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Location: Columbia, SC 29210

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No weekends!)

What You’ll Do

• Routine Cleaning: Perform thorough daily cleaning of rooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms following standard procedures.

• Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.

• Waste & Supply Management: Empty trash, dispose of recyclables, and restock restrooms and supplies continuously.

• Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard commercial janitorial equipment for larger spaces and specialized cleaning projects.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain safety standards, respect privacy, and promptly report any maintenance or hazard issues to management.

• Inventory Support: Help monitor supply levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience (hospitality, hotel, or commercial settings preferred).

• Knowledge of standard sanitation techniques and cleaning equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently independently or with a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment.

• Prior team lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
