What You'll Do Room & Facility Inspections • Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met • Conduct inspections of public areas, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service spaces • Identify and report maintenance issues requiring repair • Verify room status and update housekeeping reports Team Support & Leadership • Assign daily duties and distribute housekeeping assignments • Coordinate staff breaks and workflow priorities • Train and coach housekeeping team members • Monitor supply levels and equipment readiness Guest Service Excellence • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally • Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality • Follow up on room requests and service issues • Ensure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment Make Every Room a Five-Star Experience! Housekeeping Department | Full-Time Opportunity Apply Now and Help Us Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences Every Day!Qualifications What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Room Attendant experience • 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred • Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector • Experience working in a hotel environment • Familiarity with hotel management systems Physical Requirements • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Push or pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbs. • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout shifts • Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions • Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to OSHA standards Ideal Candidate Traits • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong leadership abilities • Customer-focused mindset • Dependable and organized • Problem solver with a positive attitude • Passionate about hospitality and teamwork
