Job DetailsJob Location: Columbia, SC 29201Salary Range: $10.00 - $13.00 HourlyIn-Shop Team Member — Columbia, SC Base pay of $10.00–$13.00/hr, plus tips. Our Columbia Team Members earned an average of $4.47 per hour in tips over the past six months, in addition to their base pay. Flexible scheduling. Free meals on every shift. No experience needed because we'll train you. If you're friendly, quick on your feet, and like a fast pace, you'll fit right in. What you'll do You're the face of the shop - greeting customers, taking orders, and making fast, accurate sandwiches (we're known for 30 seconds or less). Between orders you'll keep the place clean and running smoothly. Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone Make sandwiches to recipe, quickly and accurately Run the register and handle payments accurately Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean Complete shift checklists honestly and completely Pay and benefits $10–$13/hour Tips Free meals on shift Flexible scheduling around school or a second job Full-time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.
