Job DetailsJob Location: Columbia, TN 38401Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Bachelor's DegreeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/yearThe Outreach & Community Engagement Coordinator supports the school’s marketing, communications, and community relations efforts for a private residential school serving students and adults with intellectual disabilities. This role helps coordinate outreach activities, strengthen community partnerships, support brand awareness, and ensure consistent, mission-aligned messaging across internal and external communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and relationship-focused—someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing communication details, supporting events and outreach efforts, and helping position the school as a trusted and welcoming resource within the broader community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, communications, business or related field) 3+ years of experience in marketing, or outreach—preferably in: Special education Independent or private schools Residential programs Human services or disability‑focused organizations Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into action.
