Current shifts available: Full-time-Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm (30 hrs/week) Part-time floater-Sat and Sun 8 hour shifts each day (16 hrs/week) PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary Job duties include: Provide compassionate care and support for clients with intellectual disabilities. Help clients build independence and life skills. Lead fun weekend activities and community outings. Create a safe, positive, home-like environment. No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication. What we need from you: Valid driver's license required -We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend.  High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair). Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
