Responsibilities:

· Set up and operates tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts.

· Follow work orders, and other specifications to ensure proper setup sequence is followed.

· Selects, places, and secures tools, supplies, and equipment.

· Observes tasks to verify quality performance, conducts routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

· Verifies instruments are in proper working order.

· Sets and adjusts equipment to regulate machines to maintain speed, output, and quality standards.

· Cleans equipment, maintains an area free from debris, and readies or puts away tools on machinery.

· Closely follow directions to operate machinery and tools.

· Reports issues to Production Leads or Supervisor.

· Performs other duties as required or assigned.

· Must adhere to all company policies and safety rules.

· Must be able to work extended hours when required.

· These responsibilities may change in the future to keep up with customer demand, equipment changes, and improved Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow directions.

· Ability to work a variety of roles and cross-train as needed.

· Highly motivated with desire to move from task to task as needed.

· Basic computer skills.

· Teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.

· Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

· Job Training is provided.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to work and stand for extended period, on concrete floors for 10-hour shifts.

· Ability to work in hot, wet, and humid environments.

· Physical Stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

· Must be able to work in noisy environments.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. as required.

· Ability to bend, stoop, walk, twist, lift, stand, push and pull material.

· Ability to follow written instructions.

· Ability to follow proper safety protocols.
