About the Role:

The Welder Apprentice position is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in welding techniques under the supervision of experienced welders. The primary goal is to develop the apprentice's skills in various welding processe to produce high-quality, durable welds that meet industry standards. This role involves learning to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to accurately execute welding tasks. The apprentice will also gain knowledge of safety protocols and proper equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Ultimately, this position prepares the individual for a successful career as a certified welder by combining theoretical knowledge with real-world application.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of welding principles or prior exposure to welding is preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
