Job DetailsJob Location: Ohio HQ - COLUMBUS, OH 43204 Overview The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Oversee project progress, financial performance, quality standards, and schedule compliance. Partner with Superintendents to support successful field execution and jobsite safety. Manage change orders, risk mitigation, cost control, and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Represent Miles McClellan in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and safety requirements. Keep company leadership informed of project status, financial performance, and client relations. Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with construction management software and technology. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project stakeholders. Apply Today!
