Avenue Live, a subsidiary of US HealthConnect is currently seeking qualified candidates for a CDL Driver to support event production and logistics by safely transporting audiovisual equipment and other company assets to and from event locations. This role is responsible for operating company vehicles, assisting with loading and unloading, maintaining accurate transportation records, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations when not on the road. Frequent domestic travel is required.

What a day in the life of a CDL Driver & Warehouse Associate looks like:
Â
- Safely operate company vans and trucks up to the Class B CDL level.
- Travel domestically up to 75% of the time, including approximately 10–20 days on the road per month.
- Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Secure equipment and cargo appropriately for transportation.
- Use electronic logging devices (ELD) to accurately record driving hours, fuel stops, breaks, and other required information.
- Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles are operated in accordance with DOT requirements and company policies.
- Assist with scanning, preparing, packing, and verifying equipment according to digital and hard-copy pull sheets.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and event teams to support timely equipment deliveries and pickups.
- Handle audiovisual equipment carefully during loading, transportation, and unloading to prevent loss or damage.
- Support event-site logistics and equipment movement as needed.
- When not traveling or driving, assist with warehouse operations, including equipment preparation, organization, inventory management, and logistics support.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding schedules, deliveries, equipment, and transportation needs.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced, time-sensitive event environments.

What we expect from qualified candidates:

- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Possess a Class B CDLÂ
- Willing and able to complete required pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol screenings.
- Comfortable traveling domestically up to 75% of the time, including approximately 10–20 days per month on the road.
- Ability to safely operate company vans and trucks and comply with applicable DOT regulations.
- Ability to read and understand digital and hard-copy equipment pull sheets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to assist with warehouse and event logistics as needed.
- Experience transporting audiovisual, event production, or other sensitive technical equipment is preferred.
