Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday | 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Service Planner, you'll play a critical role in keeping our fleet moving by coordinating repairs, assigning work, and communicating with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

Processing repair orders and maintenance requests
Assigning jobs and coordinating daily shop workflow
Communicating repair updates and estimated completion times
Coordinating repairs with outside vendors and warranty providers
Working closely with Parts, Driver Services, Safety, and Customer Service teams
Managing road service calls within a 75-mile radius
Maintaining repair records and shop logs
Supporting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused shop operation

What You'll Bring

1+ year of service planning experience preferred
Experience as a Service Writer, Warranty Administrator, Technician, or related mechanical role may be considered
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck equipment and repair processes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and keyboarding skills

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
