Qualifications:

Must be able to follow verbal instructions.

Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management.

Standing/walking for up to 7-8 hours a day.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must be able to drive a company vehicle.

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.

Duties:

Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Packing, cleaning and deodorizing content items that have experienced a fire or water damage.

Inventory content items that have experienced a fire or water damage.

On-site cleaning of structural surfaces of damaged site.

Transport content items form job site to branch location.

Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline.
