Job Summary:
As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients managing family conflict, relationship challenges, and emotional health concerns. This role emphasizes practical therapy approaches that help clients make measurable progress over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families online
  • Address concerns such as conflict, communication issues, and stress
  • Establish measurable treatment goals
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
  • Evaluate effectiveness of treatment approaches
  • Follow all licensing and ethical guidelines
  • Nebraska LMFT license in good standing
  • Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
  • Experience supporting clients in relational or family therapy
  • Ability to maintain a steady caseload
  • Effective communication and clinical reasoning skills
