About the role:
The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best
practices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deliver customer training and adoption support
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support customer-facing presentations and industry events
Required Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare
technology systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Other Information:
- Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
