What You’ll Build Develop a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, owner contracts, HGC Master Subcontractor Agreements (MSA), and project scopes of work.  Support subcontractor prequalification, bidding, and buyout; attend pre-bid walk-throughs and scope review meetings, review bids for completeness and compliance, and prepare scopes of work for bidding and buyout.  Maintain project drawings, specifications, directories, and information in Procore and shared drives; request, track, and review subcontractor and supplier submittals, shop drawings, product samples, and RFIs.  Create and monitor procurement logs, track permits for HGC and trade subcontractors, and lead project meeting agendas and maintain meeting minutes.  Build, maintain, and update project schedules in Phoenix, and drive Lean construction processes through weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, and pull-planning meetings.  Manage project cost controls and report financial status to management, applying Viewpoint standards for job startup and job cost setup.  Manage project closeout from start to finish, including tracking, collecting, assembling, and delivering complete closeout documentation to clients.  QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience as a co-op, Project Engineer, or equivalent. Working knowledge of construction practices, techniques, tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and inspection compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Fit to Work / OSHA 30 certification.
