Salary + Commission  Job Description: The Remodel and Design Sales Consultant position is a hybrid between Sales and Design on Flooring and Home Remodels including Kitchens, bathrooms, and basement. Determine the needs of the client by creating a customer relationship and helping assist and direct the clients on the design and selection process.      Responsibilities and Duties: Provide top-notch customer service and client support as necessary, while negotiating transactions, drafting sales proposals, and working through the project until completion.   Have knowledge of our construction details and abilities, in order to help design the best possible remodel that will meet all client needs and wants. Perform on-site field research of existing conditions and take photographs and measurements.    Skills and Requirements: Highschool diploma or equivalent   Sales experience a must Compose well-written estimates for the homeowners. Has a strong work ethic, is motivated, focused, and disciplined. Confident, outgoing, and energetic Self-starter with superior time-management skills - Has the ability to develop rapport and build relationships.   Comfortable with technology and computers.   Qualifications
