As a candidate in the Sales Development Program, you will buildĀ expertiseĀ in Schneider Electric Secure Power offers, including APC (American Power Conversion), while sharpening your professional sales skills. Secure Power serves customers who rely on always-on technologyāsuch as IT networks, server rooms, distributed edge sites, and data centersāby helping them protect equipment, manage power and cooling, andĀ maintainĀ resilient operations. The multi-rotation sales and professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric Hub in Nashville, TN, and includes technicalĀ product, customer interaction, and sales execution training. This role will interact with customers to research, design, and recommend Schneider Electric solutions and programs.Ā
The program starts withāÆ6 weeksāÆof interactive training, followed byĀ 18Ā monthĀ inside sales rotation, in Nashville, Tennessee. These rotations include on-the-job experience with direct customer & partner interactions across a variety of industries and continuous learning opportunities, all toāÆprovideāÆthe tools and skills to launch your career within Schneider Electric.āÆĀ

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 74,400 - USD 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
