Lead end-to-end recruiting strategies that attract and secure top talent aligned with business priorities.

Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement initiatives.

Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.

Evaluate candidates using structured assessment methodologies to ensure alignment with role and organizational needs.

Champion compliance and process excellence throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

Leverage recruiting metrics and data insights to improve hiring outcomes and optimize talent acquisition performance.

Strengthen Cummins’ employer brand by contributing to talent attraction and employment branding initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and recruiting project leadership.
