OVERVIEW:

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution, optimization, accuracy, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across assigned markets. This role serves as a key operational leader within their region, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and internal teams are supported through clear communication and strategic problem-solving. The DCM works closely with the Digital Product Team (IMM), leadership, and support departments to maintain high standards of campaign execution and client satisfaction.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee digital campaign fulfillment within assigned markets, from order entry to recap delivery, acting as “air traffic control” between Sales and Product Teams
  • Act as the day-to-day point-of-contact for Sales when it comes to running digital campaigns for their clients
  • Review and approve digital orders in Wide Orbit for assigned markets
  • Work directly with Integrated Marketing Specialists (sales) and Digital Sales Managers to collect all needed creative assets to fulfill campaign delivery
  • Create the digital campaign ticket in ClickUp, ensuring all campaign details are entered, including but not limited to digital product, impression/delivery, targeting requirements, etc.
  • Submit and manage any design requests to the Creative Services team
  • Assign digital campaign elements to specialized Product teams for trafficking via ClickUp
  • Collect campaign delivery data and screenshots from the Product Team to produce digital campaign recaps for local Sales teams in assigned markets
  • Hold regular stand-up calls with DSMs in assigned markets to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Work with the Digital Sales Manager to assist with proposal creation, providing creative guidelines and details on deliverables
  • Hold regular stand-up calls with Digital Product teams to ensure campaigns are delivering properly and optimized for client success
  • Lead problem-solving efforts related to digital campaign delivery, performance challenges, and technical issues
  • Ensure campaign accuracy, including correct targeting, creative placement, scheduling, and reporting




KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of all O&O platforms, as well as extended network/audience platform digital advertising platforms, mobile streaming, Meta, SMS and email marketing tools
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and apply insights for optimization
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and leadership
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members in a campaign or digital services environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to campaign accuracy and quality control
  • You must be able to work as part of a team 
  • You must be enthusiastic and disciplined; a self-starter who can thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and aggressive performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct a team to include but not limited to:
    • Provide regular constructive feedback
    • Resolve issues/conflicts with diplomacy on time
    • Provide ongoing guidance and support for growth and development
    • Deploy effective coaching skills
    • Practical understanding of anti-harassment and discrimination laws
    • Ability to effectively administer performance reviews, and corrective action plans as appropriate.
    • Ensure team (s) attend mandatory department and/or mandatory company training (s) as required.

DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum 5 years’ experience in media, marketing, advertising or related experience; or equivalent professional experience.
